No adhesive or excessive dust removal during printing – use adhesive additives to remove the same material during printing and normal dust removal.

Hot stamping quality: material quality is not stable – a. Check material quality, temporary replacement and record; b. Abnormal temperature or pressure — check temperature, time and pressure, adjust hot stamping.

Fine lines and pictures of the fold line is not clear: a. hot stamping material is uneven, too large pattern fabric is not suitable for hot printing fine lines and pattern b. Too light pressure – increase pressure and temperature to compensate.

Missing after hot stamping: a. hot stamping object pattern is too deep – increase the pressure b. low pressure low temperature – increase the temperature by 5 degrees.

Analysis of common problems of hot stamping machine:

1. Improper hot stamping: hot stamping is not timely for many reasons. To sum up, there are three main types:

1) if the hot stamping temperature is low or the pressure is light, the hot stamping temperature and pressure can be adjusted;

2) In the printing process, due to the excessive dry oil added in the ink, the surface of the ink layer dries too fast, resulting in crystallization, so that the hot stamping foil can not be hot stamping. The solution is to prevent crystallization as much as possible during the printing process. Secondly, if there is crystallization, you can remove the hot stamping foil, in the case of heating, you can carry out a pressure on the printed matter, destroy the crystal layer before hot stamping.

3) ink added wax brightener, anti stick agent or non dry oily substances can also lead to bad hot stamping. The solution is to paste a layer of absorbent paper on the printing plate and press it once. After the wax and non-volatile oil on the bottom color ink layer are adsorbed, hot stamping operation is carried out.

2. Hot stamping graphic halo.

In the process of hot stamping, found that the text and text dark fault is mainly hot stamping temperature is too high and bronzing paper caused by coking. If the plate hot stamping temperature is too high, bronzing paper film will exceed the allowable upper limit. The main reason for this failure is that the hot stamping temperature is too high, the coating of the hot stamping paper is too thick, the hot stamping force is too large, and the installation of the hot stamping paper is loose. According to the specific situation, corresponding measures should be taken to solve the problem. Hot stamping temperature is too high is not clear and paste the main reason. In the hot stamping process, if the plate temperature is too high, substrate and other film layer will shift and become sticky, resulting in unclear printing and paste printing.

4. Uneven edges of text and text, not clear.

Mainly used for hot stamping, text edge burrs, affect the quality of printing.
