2, choose the right hot stamping foil: according to the different varieties of hot things, choose the right hot stamping foil. At the same time, it is necessary to master the tripartite coordination of temperature, pressure and hot stamping speed, and make corresponding adjustments according ，to the different hot stamping materials and areas.

3, control the cutting conditions: in the process of stamping machine cutting, to master the speed and direction of the turning tool. The hot stamping speed actually reflects the contact time between the substrate and the hot stamping foil, which has a direct impact on the fastness of the hot stamping. The mastery of the direction determines the accuracy and time of hot stamping.

4, choose the appropriate material and process: When using electrochemical aluminum hot stamping foil, you should choose the appropriate paper, ink (especially black ink), kerosene and composite glue. The hot stamping piece should be kept dry to avoid oxidation or damage to the hot stamping layer.

5, understand the packaging specifications: under normal circumstances, the common packaging specifications are 64CM×120M a volume, every 10 volumes a box. Other special width and length specifications can also be customized according to requirements, such as 64CM wide, 120M or 360M large rolls.

6, storage should pay attention to: hot stamping machine storage should be placed immediately, and prevent pressure, humidity, high temperature and direct sunlight. It is better to place it in a cool and ventilated place.
